In a significant step towards further strengthening India–Australia bilateral relations, Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, will undertake an official visit to Melbourne from July 8 to 10, 2026, at the invitation of Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of Australia.
During the visit, Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to hold high-level bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Albanese, focusing on deepening strategic cooperation and expanding engagement across key sectors including trade, investment, technology, education, energy, and regional security.
